An SME FMCG is recruiting a new of sales staff to meet their expanding operations
Responsibilities
1. Achieve sales target and grow revenue in assigned territory or accounts
2. Build and maintain relaitonships with customers, retailers and distributors
3. Identify new business opportunities and develop new accounts
Requirements
1. Bachelors degree or it's equivalence in business, marketing or related field
2. 2-3 years of sales experience in FMCG or related industry
3. Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
5. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Nice to have
- Familiarity with retail operations and distribution channels
